I did the stairs for the first time this year yesterday!

I’ve been slacking lately, but I’m going to see A Rocket to the Moon again in April, so I wanna look good for the concert!

I ran them three times yesterday, so that’s roughly..  867 stairs. Obviously with breaks in between, and I forgot my water so I was a little exhausted.

I’m really impressed that I did them 3 times, I honestly thought I wouldn’t make it to 2.

But my thighs are KILLING me: I nearly fell down the stairs at least twice today (Thank God for railings!)

I’m excited to get back into the swing of things though. I won’t be in a bikini by this summer, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be looking hotter!

Anonymous asked: If you have a smartphone, you should download Lose It! I wasn't really doing anything either (at least nothing that was helping me lose weight) and once I downloaded Lose It!, it calculated my daily calories based off my weight loss goal, and once I could see how much I was ACTUALLY eating, I was SHOCKED. (I was 267 calories over my first day with the application!) Now I've been really careful, and it motivates me to exercise to get a bigger caloric limit for the day so I don't starve!

I’ve got MyFitnessPal!

I just haven’t used it in forever :/

Thanks anon! :)

So it’s been a month.

And I’ve done nothing.

Apparently I need some sort of accountability program that’ll help me.

Anybody wanna have weekly check-ins with me? :/

I don’t even wanna get on the scale but I gotta to see my new starting point. :(
